Dansk Supermarked: Faster and better customer service
Copenhagen, December 10, 2007 – Dansk Supermarked A/S, Denmark’s largest supermarket chain and an Omada customer, was recently featured in the high profile Microsoft newsletter Momentum.
ERP project Manager Kurt Roland Andreassen from Dansk Supermarked A/S told Momentum that, “By implementing the Omada solution, we can provide much faster servicing for IT users, giving customers better service, as the organization is faster to react and adapt.”
According to the article, the major challenge for the group’s IT department is the allocation of user rights and access controls to their over 24 000 users across over 1 000 locations. Problems used to arise when employees changed jobs, went on leave or if they were off work on sick leave.
But with the Omada solution, Danish Supermarked A/S is now able to react considerably faster, with easier transfer of access control from one user to another.
