Omada launches Compliance Attestation Manager for greater efficiency and reduced costs
San Francisco, April 9, 2008 – Omada, a leading Microsoft Solution Provider for Advanced Role Based Access Control (RBAC) and Compliance in Identity Management, today announced the availability of the enhanced Omada Compliance Attestation Manager beta that builds on the top of Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 (ILM 2007), while the final version is scheduled for the second half of 2008. The Manager enables enterprises to audit their access rights and user accounts with greater ease and efficiency.

The enhanced Omada Compliance Attestation Manager is part of the Omada Identity Manager Solution v7 that consists of seven compelling modules delivering enterprise-wide benefits within Identity Management. The Compliance Attestation Manager complements ILM 2007 by delivering a Self Service Business User Interface that automates attestation and validation and periodic audits.

Dr. Kuhlmann is an RBAC specialist who has pioneered one of the earliest concepts for role based administration and role mining and co-authored several scientific articles on Role Based Access Control in a community from which the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) RBAC model emerged.
