The Application Process
At Omada we want everybody to be a success. It’s as simple as that. But how will we know if a candidate will be a success? We can’t, just from an application. What we can do is try to get to know our candidates as much as possible in a very short amount of time. We have an in-depth recruiting process where we hope to accomplish just that. It takes time, but we firmly believe it is worth it – especially for you.
Therefore, if you hope to join Omada, you can expect these steps in our recruiting process:
- Our first meeting is where we interview each other. We start by telling you about Omada, the department and the job. And then, we really want to learn about you. We will talk about your qualifications, your experience, and what you want from your career, team and organization. If we all agree that this could be a good match, we will ask you for a second interview.
- Our second meeting is where we dig deeper into you as a person and your skillset. To prepare for this, we will ask you to take some profile and ability tests using the SHL OPQ test systems. Also, we ask our developer candidates to complete a technical skills assessment. In our second meeting, we will split our time discussing the test results together and asking behavioral interview questions.
- As Omada is Greek for team, our interview process also might include some meetings with team members, too. This could be just for a (virtual) cup of coffee or combined with one of the other meetings. All meetings can take place online, so it does not matter where you are based in the world.
- At the end of the process, we will ask for references, identification check, and depending on the position, a background check. We will never do so without your consent.
