Chief Executive Officer
Michael has extensive software and services experience and prior to joining Omada was the CEO for Workshare, a global provider of secure enterprise file sharing and collaboration applications, as well as spending 15 years at Hewlett Packard where he latterly led the Global Software Services Division.
Chief Revenue Officer
Nick has a background from CA where he has held senior executive positions across EMEA. Previous to joining Omada Nick was the VP EMEA Sales Operations and has also led EMEA Global Service Provider teams, EMEA VP New Business Solution Sales and UKI Managing Director roles.
Morten Boel Sigurdsson
Founder and President of North America
Morten Boel Sigurdsson has more than 25 years of experience providing innovative IT related services and solutions for large global organizations.
He has a background from SAP and A.P. Moller Maersk.
Chief Operating Officer
Christian Stendevad has more than 20 years of experience within sales and consulting services. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience with development and implementation of technology-driven strategic change and performance improvement initiatives in close collaboration with senior management, business, and IT. He has a background as Management Consultant working for large international corporations like PwC Consulting and IBM.
Chief Financial Officer
Gry has held several international and Scandinavian management positions within finance. Before joining Omada, Gry held a position as Group CFO for a Scandinavian live entertainment company and prior to this a position as CFO for Verisure. Gry has worked internationally in both large and mid-sized companies, including Private Equity backed growth companies like Omada.
Chief Technology Officer
Erik has 32 years of experience within the software industry, initially as developer but later on as architect, manager, and executive management. The latter for more than 10 years. He has a strong background in delivering both on-premises software, mobile apps and cloud services – in B2B and B2C scenarios. His area of experience includes governance and compliance for highly regulated organizations as well as cybersecurity based on operating cloud scale consumer services.
Chief Customer Officer
Lars has extensive experience from the software industry where he has led sales, partner and services organizations on both local and international level for companies like Microsoft, HP, IBM and Accenture. He has a background in consulting and has worked with technology planning, systems implementation, IT strategy and digital transformation at several enterprise customers across Europe. Prior to joining Omada Lars was the CEO of Pedab Denmark A/S, a Nordic IT company working with IT vendors like IBM, Microfocus, Informatica and Huawei on building partner channels and market growth.
Lisa Berg Rydsbo
Chief Marketing Officer
Lisa Rydsbo has more than 25 years of experience working in the software industry in roles covering marketing, sales, business development and strategy. She has spent the last years working with scale ups and investments, supporting Private Equity/VC firms with their portfolio companies focusing on go to market strategy and international expansion. In addition, she has worked 9 years with Hewlett Packard in Europe and the US running large parts of the global marketing function, including the transformation to Digital Marketing. She has also held board positions in Pegroco Invest, Nordic Finance and Safeture and in her early career was part of the team that built Qlik, one of the first Nordic software companies to be listed on Nasdaq.
Lisbeth Adler Madsen
Global HR Director
Lisbeth has a broad HR and leadership background with expertise in global development and implementation of HR strategic projects in international companies. Before joining Omada she was the CHRO of Traffic Lab, a technology company in the affiliate marketing industry where she built up the HR function and redefined the HR strategy, HR processes, and overall HR administration to enable the next growth phase of the company. She has also held HR positions at Eltel, Sonion, and North Media where she built out the strategic competence management to ensure the right mix of competences and talents, management values, and development.
