Omada Joins the Identity Defined Security Alliance
Collaboration amongst the vendors within the IAM domain becomes critical as more and more customers expect better-together solutions based on best of breed technologies. Today Omada announces our membership of the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA) with the clear goal of driving joint use cases amongst the members, which today boasts, amongst the 30+ members, our long terms partners CyberArk and STEALTHbits.
The Identity Defined Security Framework, a key deliverable of the alliance, provides organizations practical guidance for implementing an identity-centric approach to security. It is comprised of Best Practices, Security Controls, and Use Cases, which can be used together or independently, providing recommendations for people and process strategies, as well as integrating identity and security components to reduce the risk of a breach.
At Omada we have pioneered the best practices framework IdentityPROCESS+, which distills the knowledge we have gained from driving enterprise grade IGA projects for our customers and through partners in the last 20 years. Being able to augment our own knowledge with that of other leading vendors within the larger IAM domain is going to fuel new scenarios which our joint customers will reap the fruits of.
Erik Dibber, CTO at Omada said: We’re excited about the opportunities for collaborative solutions that our membership of IDSA will lead to. Our long-term vision, Do More with Identity, aligns perfectly with the mission of the alliance. Being leaders in the IGA space, our customers expect that we continuously drive product innovation and further expand our best practice process framework IdentityPROCESS+ while supporting scenarios which spans multiple vendors in the cyber security space.
