Omada and local partner Integralis IT Consultancy, has been selected to extend and upgrade the existing identity and access management solution for the global, multinational chemical and energy company.

The South African based chemical company first implemented Omada’s identity and access management (IAM) solution more than 10 years ago. Following strong growth, the company now reaffirms its commitment and trust in Omada and its partner, Integralis IT Consultancy, by upgrading to the latest version of the Omada Identity Suite and extending integration into even more on-premises and cloud services.

A key driver for the extending the solution is increased demands for improved governance and compliance as the introduction of legislative regulations puts pressure on companies to take responsibility for enhancing security and protecting privacy data.

The Omada solution will manage the entire lifecycle of 35,000+ users, manage the access processes across 20,000 resources, and automate the recertification of over 1,5 million assignments.

The Identity Governance and Administration Process Owner states; “Since deploying Omada in 2008, we have reduced manual effort in provisioning and deprovisioning tasks by more than 60%, and in doing so, also reduced operational cost.
