Lars and his teams will work diligently with customers and partners to ensure they can not only successfully deploy the Omada solutions, but also operate seamlessly once deployment is complete.
Lars Nørgaard takes over the EVP Professional Services role from EVP Brian Hansen, who has been appointed as EVP North America.
Lars Nørgaard comes from a position as Associate Vice President, Microsoft Customer Innovation and Transformation at NNIT. Prior to his role at NNIT, Lars Nørgaard has held positions as COO, ScanJour (KMD), and Consultant at PA Consulting and Accenture, to name a few. “With over 25 years’ experience in IT and Professional Services, Lars brings extensive knowledge, across sectors and international experience. Lars Nørgaard adds, “I am excited to join Omada and take part in the high growth journey. When I joined Microsoft Denmark, we were 65 employees. When I left, we were more than 400. I thrive in global, high growth companies, where there is not always a predefined solution. Identity and access management is a rapidly growing segment and Omada well positioned to take a significant bite of the global market. I look forward to being part of this exciting growth journey.”

Continuing the investments in partner ready software, Omada hires Erik Dibbern to ensure the continued success, development, and growth of the Omada software.
